Calithumpian Theatre Collective is an ever-evolving company of artists who hunger to challenge the traditional community theatre scene and engage its audiences through works evoking visceral reactions beyond passive entertainment.

Calithumpian empowers independent artists to produce their best work, advance their skills, grow through experience, and explore their passion. At its core, Calithumpian cultivates community – for artists and patrons alike – by sharing great stories well told.

Because Calithumpian is a collective, we work together to support each other creatively, and together we build things few people would attempt – like nearly 8 hours of live theatre – Tony Kushner's epic Angels in America: Parts I & II.
